Anmitsu

I don't know if you are familiar with this dessert, but this is very popular in Japan. I like to have mine with green tea ice cream, so I made mine green tea + mochi balls + chestnut and azuki (red beans).

    Never tasted anything like that before but it sounds really interesting - and above all it's a fantastic looking miniature... ;O)
