Tiramisu

Thank you everyone for the great tips and advices! I will keep everything in mind :)

Today I made some tiramisu~
Now I have five in my petits fours.
I also enjoyed making the blueberry mousse so much that I made bigger ones. I think I enjoyed it so much that I'm making cherry mousse and mango mousse tomorrow ;)

    I like all your petits fours but the Tiramisu is fantastic! The texture is so realistic, it seems it has the little crumbs that are left after you cut it. It made me hungry, as I like that cake very much. :)

    I just scrolled down this 1 page and allllll your cakes look so yummy! You must gain weight just by baking your polymer cakes. :):) They are outstanding work. That truffles tower looks heavenly!

    OH My!! Tiramisa is my FAVORITE!!! So Yummy!! And look at how perfect you have made it! Amazing! (Makes me want to run to Olive Garden and buy a slice!)
