Berry Charlotte Cake

Finally made a charlotte cake- was three times the work but definitely fun to make!

Red Velvet Cake

I love making cake (in minis) so I am adding red velvet to my cake list. So far I have german chocolate cake.

I also made 1:6 scale blythe foods~ and don't forget that cupcakes and fruit are in the same food category.

Quarter Scale and Hot Dogs

I got my first quarter scale order, and BOY! my eyes hurt. I couldn't really see if I put the holes in the right place, so I had to keep taking zoom-in pictures and check through my camera.

I recently had a bomb pop and itzakadoozie, so of course my miniature eye was examining the features while the pop was melting at a fast rate.

Perfect Pear Dessert Table

I made a new dessert table! The theme is "the perfect pear"...I guess it's a wedding table!

I added the party banner

cupcakes, yogurt and chocolate pretzels, macarons, mint chocolate brownies, rock candy

cake pops, sugar frosted pear cookies, gumballs, pear fruit

Next theme will be a summer/fourth of july theme. Any suggestions will be much appreciated!

Macho Nachos

We had nachos a couple of days ago, so decided to make one in mini. Everytime I eat something, I think: "hmmm... I wonder how long this would take to make...in mini". I'm sure all miniaturists think like that!

Wedding Cakes

I ended up making more wedding cakes for my dessert table:

I really enjoyed making the cherry blossom cake and the ribbon. 

I need to cut the legs of my table-hopefully home depot will do it for me! I was using my exacto knife to "attempt" to cut it but just left a little mark on the wood.

And why won't blogspot let me sign out? Apparently I'm not the only one having these problems...

Crystal Rock Candy

I remember buying a rock candy kit when I was in grade school. Thought it was so cool how the crystals formed! Anyway, I made these for my dessert table (which is taking forever to finish). I had to hand carve the wooden stick to make it the right size, and now my fingers are BURNING!!

Now I need to find the perfect glass case to display these in!

I packaged my cupcakes in these beautiful pastry boxes by true2scale.

The tower and boxes are made of hard paper.

I came up with pink lemonade flavor which I thought was genius, but now it just seems whatever :)
