Red Meat

I've been watching a lot of cooking shows lately and wanted to make some fresh meat from the butchers'. I always get the one that are pre-packed but I guess the pros get it wrapped in brown paper!

    This is the kind of butcher's quality I can't afford in real life (LOL) - the meat looks perfect. But what else to expect from you... ;O)
