I made chocolate covered strawberries for Valentines. Now that I think about it, strawberry season is quite long. I make a lot of strawberry minis for Valentines and Independence Day, so 6 months?
A customer wanted to make earrings out of them- did you know that my ears are not pierced? How uncommon is that? I remember wanting to pierce it so much when I was in 2nd-5th grade...now I really don't care (guess I'm getting old).
This is based from a cake I saw online, and the real one is frosted in roses. I guess the ruffle/ribbon/rose cakes are in style these days!
... I shouldn't look at your blog... the chocolate covered strawberries are making me hungy, lol! They look delicious! XD
ReplyDeleteSo does the cake!
Wonderful work as always!!
Also, Wednesday, May 9th is Squeak's birthday, I think that will be the day she gets her special presents made by you... so make sure you tune in on the 9th to see your products in action!! :)
The cake is beautiful, the strawberries are perfect. About your ears ... pierce them if you want, there is no 'to be old' ;)

It all looks so beautiful and good enough to eat!
ReplyDeleteI don't have pierced ears either. I had mine done when I was 8 and then again when I was 13. I guess I didn't really like it either time. :) I don't think it's all that uncommon.
Hello from Spain: strawberries are very nice. I like strawberries become outstanding. Earrings are very spring. Also you did a great job with the cake pink. Looks very good. Keep in touch
