Macarons and new flavors

I made some extra macarons while making dozens for my customer's tea shop! 

And some new flavors too :-)

High Tea

I have been making a lot of afternoon tea time desserts lately:

Mini blueberry tarts

Cucumber sandwich, mini éclair, linzer cookies, macaron and mini tart

French Desserts in 1:3 scale

 I made some eclairs and macarons for my American girl doll Saige.

Pistachio is her favorite flavor! (get crackin')

Each macaron measures 5/8" in diameter and eclairs are 2" long.

I have been making macarons all week, and finally finished 2 towers.

Perfect Pear Dessert Table

I made a new dessert table! The theme is "the perfect pear"...I guess it's a wedding table!

I added the party banner

cupcakes, yogurt and chocolate pretzels, macarons, mint chocolate brownies, rock candy

cake pops, sugar frosted pear cookies, gumballs, pear fruit

Next theme will be a summer/fourth of july theme. Any suggestions will be much appreciated!

Custom Order!

I've been busy with some custom orders :) I might as well open up a flower shop since now I know how to make long stem roses!

I also made some macarons and a special kind of iris- "ashes of roses"

off to make more macarons!
